Competed at the top

I turned pro in esports as a teenager and performed on international stages against the best in the world, where you deliver on the day, under the lights, or you go home.

Led a pro organization

General Manager of 100 Thieves' VALORANT team: five professional players plus a head coach, an assistant coach, analysts, and a manager. We reached the VALORANT world championship and won Red Bull Home Ground in 2022.

Performed on the biggest stages

Thirteen years on the mic at the top of esports: ten Counter-Strike Majors, national television, and a 15,000-seat arena. Composure with millions watching.

The reach

Two decades performing in front of millions.

The problem

Leading isn't just handling yourself.

You got here because you handle more pressure. Your decisions cost more, your team takes its cues from you, and the people around you rely on you for culture, leadership and proactive problem solving. Staying sharp yourself is the floor. Building a team that performs is the job.

And it compounds. A decision made under stress sets the quarter back, and the strain you carry spreads to your team. Most leaders are left to handle all of it without any coaching.

What changes

Train the whole game and the results follow.

Composure when it counts

The clarity to make your sharpest call in the moment everything says react.

Sharper decisions

Clean calls on incomplete information, made fast, with the conviction to back them.

A team that holds

Catch the friction early, lead through it, and keep the team together through the losses and the grind.

How it works

Simple, deliberate, built around the work.

01

Apply

A few honest questions so I can see whether I can help. I read every one myself.

02

A fit call

If it looks right, we talk. No pitch, just a straight read on whether this is worth your time and mine.

03

The work

Focused one-on-one sessions. We diagnose what is going on, set the goals and how to reach them, and do the skill work to get there.

04

The results

The goals get met, the skills are built and yours to keep, and the problems you came in with get solved.

The method

The arena and the boardroom run on the same engine.

I have sat in the operator's seat. As General Manager of 100 Thieves' VALORANT team I ran the organization: the staff, the culture, the roster calls, and the results, through a world-championship season and through a harder one. And I am a founder myself, so I know the raise, the launch, and the weight of a team taking its cues from you.

Esports taught me the engine both worlds run on. You make the call fast, on incomplete information, with everyone watching. You win or lose on how the team holds when things get loud. And the same handful of things wreck you in both: tilt, doubt, and not being able to reset after a loss. That is what I coach now, from pro athletes to the founders and executives running companies.

How I coach

An outside read, hard questions, and an honest scoreboard.

The outside read

I have spent a career reading high-pressure situations fast. I turn that on yours and show you the blind spots you cannot see from inside your own head and your own org.

The questions that cut

Not advice you could find on your own. The sharp, specific question at the right moment that makes the real problem obvious, so the answer is one you will use.

The honest scoreboard

I have held a pro roster accountable through a full season. I keep you to what you said you would do, and we measure it against a scoreboard that does not lie.

You do the reps. I make sure they are the right ones, and that you do not quit when it gets uncomfortable. You leave with sharper judgment that is yours, not a dependence on me.

Who this is for

Leaders with a team that matters.

Founders, executives, and operators carrying real weight, who want their own game and their team's to be sharper, more resilient, and harder to rattle. If the stakes are high and either your decisions or your team are feeling the strain, we will get along.

This is for you if

  • You carry real weight: a team, a board, real money, real stakes.
  • You already perform under pressure and want to do it more consistently.
  • You want to own the outcome, not outsource the thinking.
  • You will do honest work between sessions.

This isn't for you if

  • You want quick hacks or someone to hand you the answer.
  • You are looking for therapy or a place to vent.
  • You are not ready to be honest about what isn't working.
  • The stakes are low and nothing is really on the line.

Not sure where you stand? Take the two-minute Pressure Scorecard and see where pressure is costing you, before you apply.

Work with me

The first five lock founding rates for life.

Founding cohort. My first five clients lock these founding rates for life in exchange for honest feedback. The rate rises the moment the five are filled, and applications close July 17.

The Quarter

Level up as a leader

$3,000founding rate, then $6,000

Twelve weeks, one on one, end to end. Deeper than a single moment: your decisions, your composure, and how you lead a team under pressure.

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions across twelve weeks
  • A full diagnostic and goal map to start, a playbook to finish
  • A pre-moment routine for the moments that come up
  • Direct access between sessions
  • Founding rate locked for as long as we work together

I only take clients I'm sure I can help.

I take very few people, and only when I'm confident I can move the needle for you. That is what the application and the fit call are for. If I don't believe I can help, I'll tell you before you pay anything, and we won't start. The bar is the point.

Questions

Before you apply.

Is this therapy?

No. It is performance coaching focused on how you think, decide, and lead, and on the team you are building. We work on the game in front of you, not your childhood.

Do I need to know anything about esports or gaming?

Not at all. The method comes from that world, but the work is entirely about you, your decisions, and your business.

How much time does it take?

One hour per session, done remotely, plus a little honest reflection between sessions. It is built to fit a leader's calendar, not add to the load.

What if it is not a fit?

That is what the application is for. I read every one myself and will tell you straight if it is not the right time, before you pay anything.

How do I know this will work?

Here is how we make it work. We name the real problem in the first session, we train it directly, and you measure the result against your own moment. And I am selective on purpose: I only take you on if I am confident I can help, and if I don't believe that, I'll tell you before you pay anything. The only way it doesn't work is if you don't show up.

Why the founding cohort?

I take very few clients and I'm building my first executive case studies, so the first five lock founding rates for life in exchange for honest feedback. The work itself is two decades deep: I competed at the top of esports, ran a pro team as its general manager, and called the biggest moments in the sport live to millions. You're not betting on a beginner. You're getting in early on someone who has lived this from every seat.

Is it worth it?

If a sharper call in a board meeting, a fundraise, or a hard conversation is worth more than a session, then yes. Most of what holds a leader back is a handful of repeating patterns, and the work pays for itself the first time you catch one in real time.

How fast will I notice a difference?

Usually inside the first session or two. We work on a real problem you are facing right now, not theory, so you leave with something you can use that week. The deeper shift in how you operate compounds from there.

The notes

One useful note on performing under pressure.

A few questions so I know it is a fit before we talk. I read every one myself and reply within 2 business days.

No payment now. Applying just starts the conversation, and the fit call tells us both whether this is right before anything else.

Thank you, your application is in. I read every one myself, so give me up to 2 business days. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a short fit call, a no-pitch conversation to see whether working together makes sense, and I will email you a couple of times that work. Nothing to do until then. (Check your spam folder for my reply just in case.)
